The Bernette b42 Funlock Coverstitch Machine is a versatile machine that can sew through denim, duck cloth, canvas, cotton/spandex fabric, and corduroy. It is not able to do a rolled hem. It comes pre-threaded and there is a YouTube video available for instructions. From the reviews, it seems that the machine has some issues, such as the brightness of the light, the difficulty in threading the looper, and the counterintuitive presser foot lever. However, it does sew knots well and is easy to use. The needle threader is not very durable and has broken for some customers.
