Compared to other slings, this product is much lighter, making it ideal for travel. The smaller straps and hardware contribute to the compactness of the product, but some users found the octo bands unnecessary and wished they were removable. The lack of a rubber "carry" handle may not be a deal-breaker and is justified by the product's travel-friendly nature. Dive Rite has produced another well-made product that is well-suited for any dive adventure.
