Resposta: No, I bought two of them and have hanging from the ceiling as more of a spot lighting. They are over 1 year old and are perfect. No fading or discolorations. I do not wipe them down with liquid cleaners. I only dust them with a dry cloth. I get a lot of compliments. -

Resposta: Yes, the tripod is fully adjustable. Lamp and tripod about 80 inches tall. -

Resposta: The lamp is steel and polished like chrome. We can only specify the manufacturers recommended wattage of 60 watts even though the electrical specifications of the socket and wiring is much greater.
