The HULKFIT Weightlifting Adjustable and Flat Benches is a versatile weightlifting bench that can be adjusted for incline, flat, and decline positions making it perfect for a variety of exercises such as barbell and dumbbell presses and flies. It comes with comfortable and thick padding which is wide enough to double up as a base for glute ham exercises. It is sturdy and well-built making it just as stable as gym equipment. The bench is delivered quickly, though assembly can be tricky as instructions can be limited, and some bolts may be missing. The thin padding may also come as a surprise to some. There are no removable knee pads or leg attachments available. The product comes in different colors, with available add-ons that can change your routine.
