  • pergunta: Is this mount made of metal?

    Resposta: Some parts are metal but the ball socket assembly is plastic which is a key component and should have been metal.
  • pergunta: Has anyone dealt with sway? Camera sways anytime the wind blows, I am trying to figure out a way to reduce it. The camera is within the weight limit.

    Resposta: It will move a little. I bought the plastic houses for them and that helps stabilize it.
  • pergunta: How does this work? I didn't get any instructions and it doesn't seem to work.

    Resposta: Back the thumb screw out and fit on lip of gutter. Then tighten screws. Install camera and adjust.

    Resposta: The instructions say that this is possible however my screws are too tight to be loosened so I'm at an impasse.
