    Resposta: I had this rose at my old house and my new one. It has not gotten taller than a 1-2 feet, but I wasn't giving it enough sun. I moved it and it is doing better, but I don't think it's a climber.

    Resposta: I am in zone 9 and have just started blooming. It leafed up about a month ago. Shouldn't think it should be black, though. Beautiful rose.

    Resposta: It will not grow like a climber. It’s a smaller rose bush. It is my favorite rose of all time but it is not easy to take care of and very finicky. I’ve lost two. This one was very small when I got it and hasn’t grown a lot yet. Blooms beautifully though and blooms are amazing.
