    Resposta: If you keep interrupting the power supply why would you need a timer controller? I use mine for a table lamp for evenings in my lounge, it's left on and works itself 7 days a week.

    Resposta: Should do as long as your slow cooker doesn't reset itself if the power is switched off

    Resposta: Certainly the latest model has a built-in battery with a 100 hour life so imagine it would hold clock and timer settings, alternatively leaving the timer plugged in would do similarly.
